I’m a writer, a holistic health practitioner, an organic master gardener, and an educator.

I am all of these things because I believe life, healing, and evolution are about communication and reciprocity—between us, and also within us. And “us” goes way beyond human beings. All of my work explores these themes, in many contexts.
